Great Service

Great customer service, and a friendly staff. I came in with a leak in my head gasket, which is a big job, and took most of their day. They were very nice, got me in as soon as possible, and got the repair done faster than expected, for a reasonable price. I just moved to the area, and was worried about finding a repair shop I could trust again, but I am SO GLAD I found this place. Definitely recommend!

The family that runs this shop are awesome. They have great customer service and very fair and competitive rates. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle maintenance.

Fantastic Service

This morning I was in a car accident that completely ripped off the front of my bumper and tore out one of my headlights. I drove into Birchwood Auto Repair hoping to just get a quote because I’m a college student on a budget and I figured fixing my car would not be an option any time soon. Even though I was told this shop doesn’t typically do collision repairs, Tom was able to zip tie and Frankenstein my car back together today in 2 hours. The service from everyone I worked with was wonderful. These people are warm, friendly, and efficient and the price was really decent too. I am very grateful I crashed my car in front of this shop haha.

Most underrated mechanic shop in Bellingham. Extremely nice (including the pup they have there). Nothing but positives to say about them. Had our Subaru fixed by them and my truck is next.
